A digital experience that echoes a leading architectural approach.
Creative Direction
Collaborating closely with the founder, we immersed ourselves in T.ZED’s design philosophy, exploring his approach to textures, materiality, light, and time within each space. This interplay became the foundation for the site’s design experience, with a timeless, ultra-clean, and intuitive navigation that mirrored the practice’s approach through a strong focus on visuals.
Colour Palette & Typography
The digital system builds on T.ZED’s existing identity, preserving the signature green tone while expanding the palette with warmer natural tones to enhance this hue. These colours transition subtly throughout the site, creating an interface that mirrors the shadow gaps integral to each of the practice’s projects.
To simplify the typographic language, we introduced a modern sans-serif with a wide base and low cap height, complementing the existing logo while aligning with the refined aesthetic. This choice supports a clean, balanced presentation that enhances visual clarity and creates a scalable foundation for future content growth.
Site Design
The site’s design draws inspiration from the clean architectural lines central to T.ZED’s work, structured on a split grid that separates visuals and text into two distinct columns. Each project reveals itself with a subtle hover effect, while the layout allows images to scroll seamlessly on the left while static content on the right provides clear context, enabling users to engage with the projects effortlessly.
To highlight T.ZED’s extensive portfolio, we segmented projects into “Current” and “Archive” categories, presenting both ongoing and completed work in a format that emphasises the breadth and progression of the practice’s vision.
Mobile Design
The mobile experience provides a streamlined overview of T.ZED’s projects, allowing users to easily navigate and engage. A simple scroll layout displays all projects at a glance, mirroring the desktop’s clean aesthetic with subtle hover effects that adapt naturally to touch interactions. Each project features concise text and visuals, inviting further exploration without disrupting the experience.
